Well hello there,  I’m Frank, Founder of XYN Fitness.

I’m not a lifelong athlete or a six-pack influencer. I’m someone who let life pile up. Who put work, stress, and everyone else first. I hit a point where I didn’t recognize the guy in the mirror anymore.

Then came the wake-up call:
For fun I set a New Years resolution that I would participate in a Spartan race. I always wanted to, and thinking I could push through. But I failed more obstacles than I’d like to admit. And shoutout to the team at Spartan - it is truly grueling.  The obstacle that hit me hardest? A literal WALL. I remember thinking, “If my family were hurt and needed me, calling out to me on the other side of that wall… I couldn’t reach them.”

That reality and gravity of that thought, in that moment, changed everything.

Talk about an awakening. 

I was Tired. Out of shape. And finally honest with myself.  I needed a plan, and someone to help me follow through.

So I built what I couldn’t find (Or afford). A no-BS system that balances real life with real progress. No crash diets. No ego. Just structure, support, and consistency backed by science, intelligent moves,  and proven results.

I created XYN Fitness to help people like me. The ones who don’t need hype -  they just need a way forward.

The name XYN is more than just letters, it’s the foundation of what this brand stands for: smart, personalized, and inclusive fitness with inner purpose.

X represents the X chromosome, honoring the unique training and nutritional needs of women. (No bro science principles here)

Y represents the Y chromosome, with programs tailored for men and their specific physiology.

N stands for Neutral. Welcoming everyone, regardless of gender, and recognizing that fitness is not one-size-fits-all.

Together, X-Y-N reflects the structure of our DNA - a symbol of how deeply personal and biological fitness really is. We use that science to help guide your transformation.

And there’s more. XYN is pronounced like "Zen". A subtle reminder that real fitness isn’t just about pushing hard. It’s about balance, presence, and building strength from the inside out.

XYN Fitness is your blueprint for change. Grounded in biology, elevated by mindset.

This isn’t just about giving you tips you could Google or ask ChatGPT on your own. I'm the human element.  I want to walk beside you as a human coach who listens, understands, and guides you through the noise.

Women, especially, deserve real coaching, not regurgitated bro science. And men are constantly fed lies wrapped in funnels and paywalls. I’m here to help you cut through all of it, skip the nonsense, and finally move forward with clarity.
